At Draeb Jewelers, we believe in 100% satisfaction. If your item for any reason, is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full, no questions asked refund or exchange. The item must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. Custom designed and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.
